Our Sociocratic Structure

In line with other NVC groups and organizations around the world, we at INVCI are working within a form of governance that is in line with the principles of NVC. With the help of the French NVC Association and its experience in Sociocracy, we set up our structure using this mode of functioning. We continue to explore integral governance within our team and with the support of international advisors.

Certified Trainer Jori Mankse writes, “Stronger connections within the NVC network have the potential to enhance significantly our ability to share NVC more widely, more quickly, and with more fun through increased coordination of activities, mutual support, and sharing of ideas and information. Through nonviolent ‘power with’ governance and a representational organizational structure, we hope to build connections which will increase the joy of cooperation, and contribute more broadly.” (Source: en.nvcwiki.com)

We celebrate that INVCI is now a registered NGO-Trust, with Saleem and Mili as Trustees. Our vision is in alignment with Marshall’s vision, and we’re dedicated to the spread of NVC consciousness in and around India, by creating local and national events on a regular basis.

Charlotte, a French trainer who specializes in organisational skills, is currently coaching the core team so that we can develop our vision, mission, goals and strategies in ways that will serve our overall intention of spreading NVC across the country. Although we are still a small team, we are hoping that with time, more people will join us with their skills and a shared vision in order to increase our impact across India.
